If the Industry Identifier number is incorrect, that of a non-CLIA member travel agency, or if your agency has not yet renewed their CLIA membership you will not be able to access the Travel Agent Member enrollment site. The 2009 CLIA Travel Agent Membership is valid January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
